• Personalizing gift cards with messages and designs.
• Scheduling gift card delivery for future dates.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.

4. E-Gift Card Purchase and Redemption

**Purchase:** All E-Gift Card purchases are final. Please review your order carefully before completing the transaction. Prices are subject to change.

**Redemption:** E-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at the specified partner brand. Redemption is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand. Gifted Me is not responsible for any issues arising from the partner brand's policies or operations.

E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, or returned for a refund, unless required by law.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which Gifted Me makes it available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Making any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
• Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
